We strip commercial interiors back to a clean structural shell — wall linings, floor and wall tiles, suspended ceilings and concrete cleanup — ready for your new fitout.
A commercial interior usually carries multiple layers of history — old tiling, wall linings, suspended ceilings and hardened concrete residue. All of it has to come out cleanly, without damaging the underlying structure.
We work top-down: ceiling panels and battens first to expose the structural slab, then wall linings and tiles, then floor finishes. Floor tiles are lifted with electric strippers and hand tools in tight spaces, with debris bagged and removed daily to keep the site clean and safe.
The final phase is a thorough concrete cleanup — grinding, scraping and sweeping the substrate back to a flat, clean surface ready for the fitout contractor. Every stage is photographed for your records.
Structure protected, substrate ground back flat and ready for fitout.
Debris bagged and removed every day — safe and presentable throughout.
Systematic top-down sequencing keeps the job moving and predictable.
Removal of wall linings, wall and floor tiles, suspended ceilings, fixtures and concrete residue — leaving a clean structural shell ready for the new fitout.
Most commercial defits run over days depending on floor area and the number of layers to remove. We give you a firm timeline with the quote.
