What the service involves
We specialise in live-building demolition — working in occupied commercial environments without disrupting your neighbours, your building's services or your project timeline. That starts with a pre-start meeting with the building manager to set work windows, containment requirements and communication protocols.
Hoarding is erected at entry points, negative air pressure is maintained, and noise-intensive tasks are scheduled within agreed hours. We then work systematically from one end of the floor to the other — stripping ceilings, pulling partition frames, removing floor finishes and clearing every piece of debris before moving to the next section.
Common areas are vacuumed and wiped down daily to keep the building presentable for other tenants. The floor is handed over as a bare structural shell — clean concrete, exposed soffit and empty utility cores — ready for your fitout contractor.
